A practice centred around finding your flow. Through breath, steady asana, and repetition, we'll move through an accessible sequence that gradually becomes familiar, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle.

I was practicing in the indoor room and outdoor Shala and both are very beautiful and special places to practice. I tried two different teachers which where completely different but both amazing sharing their individual gifts. I felt very relaxed, strong and inspired after the sessions. The team is super friendly and I always felt very welcome there. Will definitely come back next season. Thank you so much :)

Hi Flowground team,
I discovered Flowground about four weeks ago, and since then I’ve been practicing there regularly. I joined both Mysore and led Ashtanga classes with Lorella, which I absolutely loved, and I also had the opportunity to attend a full week of classes with Matt Corigliano. Practicing with both of them has been truly exceptional and deeply inspiring.

The studio itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail and all the comforts needed for a focused and dedicated Ashtanga practice. It truly feels like a special space.

Yesterday I joined a Mysore class again, this time with a new teacher, Maria. I felt that I didn’t quite connect with her teaching approach, and as a result I found it a bit more challenging to fully settle into my practice compared to my previous experiences at Flowground. That said, I believe this can simply come down to personal sensitivity and what one seeks in a Mysore environment.

Overall, I consistently feel very good practicing at Flowground, and the quality of teaching—especially with Lorella and Matt—has been outstanding. I’m very grateful to have discovered this studio.

Flow Ground has got to be the most beautiful space I have visited, the design, the flow the atmosphere the teachers and energy was pure perfection. Nervous system felt regulated just stepping into the space to then experience the class I was so light and filled with gratitude.
